Finishd my Needle Punch......

I actually got my needle punch done, through terrible head cold and sinus infection...only bits of sleep and half of the time doing it half asleep....lol
It's not perfect by any means...I couldn't find my weaver's cloth, so I just grabbed a piece of muslin...big mistake !! All of you who do needle punch need no explanation....But, the weave of the muslin is different, and when I would get to certain spots, when I punched through the fabric it almost started to rip...the threads in the weave came apart and left huge spaces and the the loop of floss wouldn't stay in...Huge lesson learned...
Going to do another piece, smaller and simpler.....just to keep the practicing going...I'll get better , I will....lol
Hugs,
Robin

Love the design in punch needle. I am working on one too. Will share when I'm done. I didn't know you could buy weavers cloth by the yard until recently. I was buying those little packages at JoAnns. Big mistake. It comes to $12 a yard that way.
I love your designs. Missed your sale though (sad face) I was away from my computer. Will have to place an order soon though. There are so many I want to try.

Keep up the drawing and don't get discouraged. They're fantastic.

Blessings,
Rhonda

Your piece is wonderful I just don't seem to "get it" but will keep trying. You inspire me.

It is darling! I will remember about not using muslin. I do rug hooking and I am thinking that needle punch will be something I try in the new year--seeing if 'Santa' will bring it to me this year! If not, I will pick up supplies!

I have seen so many patterns for it and I am just dying to try, but I will wait till the new year so I can finish up the items I have planned right now! Thanks for sharing!
