Sleepless Nights Have Benefits

 Well, I’m in a weird sleep cycle again. I have some GREAT nights I go to bed, fall asleep wake up 8-9 hours later. Then.... I have nights like last night. Went to bed around 11:30 Tossed and turned till 12:30 finally got out of bed. 

I decided to do this design off the cuff just as I went along. 

I did go back to bed around 5:30 am and woke up at 12:00 noon feeling rested. 

Here’s what I did.

    1. I used to eat bowls of cereal. Now I’m in low carb diet so I just drink chamomile tea. Lol

  3. I sometimes have those sleepless nights when my brain won't shut off. But refuse to get up. Instead I lay in bed with closed eyes looking for clouds moving behind my eyelids and look for faces. Yeah, I know....sounds crazy but it usually puts me to sleep. Guess it is my way of 'counting sheep' lol.

  4. This is going to be another adorable work of art. And, oye....do I know about the sleep thing! They say that if you can't sleep after 20 minutes, you should get up. I am not going to do it....my sleep cycle is bad enough now and people are thinking I am becoming a vampire the way it is LOL. Glad your sleeplessness results in productivity.   5. Doesn’t the “ no sleep” thing suck ??? I usually hate turning in the tv so I try finding something quiet to do. Lol
