I hobbled on my bum knee back and forth just to do this little bit today...It rained hard all day, so maybe if it's nice tomorrow I'll do a little outside decorating....
I'm going for Physical Therapy for my knee...and it's improving .....

Now if it starts to feel better you will go outside...bend down, kneel on that knee and start hurting again...TAKE IT SLOW.
