Some new Fall Goodies I'm piling up...

I'm gearing up for the first day of school here,(Sept.1 ) which is typically when I at least start looking through my Fall decorations, and start placing things here and there....I have acquired a few things making doubles of certain items and just playing around...So..get busy, Fall is almost upon us...but we need to enjoy it as much as we can...savor every moment,,,,,have fun ! Fall Fun !!!

Sharing...my first 2 attempts at punch needle...

I meant to share this awhile ago...I had gone to a quiltshop and bought my FIRST punch needle pattern ( with 2 designs ) from " Stone & Thread " ...Well...my first one turned out better than the second try...so the first one went to Robby my buddy from Scotland.
So ..first one, the tree and moon was sent to Robby and I have the second one hanging on a little wire tree....

Ok first a story...Two years ago I was making this dolls head, and my older daughter , Ashley BEGGED me to do a doll with freckles ( like her)....Well the doll was allready looking more extreme prim but when I added freckles, I decided to keep her more "ugly" to be funny...Ashley thought it was cute , but I never made a body or anything..this headless doll floated around my craft room for 2 years now...
So...yesterday, I decided to finish her up and keep her "ugly" unlike my daughter Ashley ( she really is a pretty thing)...lol
AND...I started making up the pattern for her also...
Sooooo...what do you think? go with the pattern???... or No..she is too ugly ???What ?
